MD Environmental was appointed to carry out licensed asbestos removal works within the boiler plant room of an occupied care home in the South East. Our Solution
Our team designed and constructed a fully controlled asbestos enclosure around the work area, incorporating airlocks, baglocks, negative pressure units and exclusion zones to safely contain the works. Throughout the project, continuous monitoring and strict compliance procedures were maintained while asbestos-containing materials were carefully removed from the plant room. Once completed, the area was thoroughly cleaned, inspected and made ready for ongoing maintenance and operation.
